Your website says online ordering is down. When will you offer online orders again?

As of June 1st we no longer have access to the space inside our Medford Street building that we utilized for packing orders and offering curbside pickup. We're hoping to find a new packing/pickup location within the next week and hope to have online ordering up soon thereafter. We'll update our website and post to our social media as soon as we have news!

Where is your curbside pickup location?

Our pickup location is right around the corner from our front door! It's the first door on the left on Sycamore Street. There's a big wooden sign on the door with our phone number on it - just give us a call when you get here and we'll bring your groceries out to you. We have milk crates set up right outside the door where we'll drop your groceries. 

Do you guys pack my groceries or should I bring my own bags?

We pack all online orders into either paper bags (for smaller orders) or cardboard boxes (for larger orders). You're welcome to bring your own reusable bags and re-pack your order after we drop your items at the door. Just leave any empty bags/boxes and we'll bring them inside for re-use.

I forgot to add an item to my online order! Can you add it on for me so I can pick it up with my other items?

Unfortunately we can't add anything on to an existing online order because we don't have access to your credit card. You're welcome to come around to the front of the store after you pick up your order and purchase over the counter, if that's an option for you.
